Lakefront A-frame Cabins - Year round on Gunflint

| Our four A-frame chalet
style cabins have been landmarks on Gunflint Lake's South shore
since the mid 60's. These northwoods cabins dramatically vaulted ceilings and large
picture windows majestically overlook Gunflint Lake.
While the basic layout and style of each
A-frame is very similar, they each have their own unique
characteristics. Each has a open living, kitchen, dining area with
woodstove fireplace, and a great open deck across the lakeside of the
cabin. Rental of the A-frame cabins includes complimentary use of
our sauna and canoes during the summer, and snowshoes in the winter.
Remember ~ We're pet friendly!
A-frames 1 & 2 have a
loft over half of the building leaving the living
room's ceiling vaulted to the peak. A-frame 1 offers a spiral
staircase and slightly more open living room floor plan. A-frame 2
has a slightly cozier living room with a much more direct view of the
lake. They can sleep 8-10 ppl A-frames 3 & 4
have full lofts and can sleep up to 12ppl each. Both have
spectacular views of the lake. |
| A-Frame Cabin Features |
Each of the A-frames is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with
major appliances, coffee maker and microwave, dishes and
silverware. We provide the dish soap, paper towels, salt and
pepper, dish rags and towels and all bed linens and a full set of
bath towels for each person. There is wood for the woodstove
fireplace and a Weber grill (you provide the charcoal)

1.5 bath, 2 queen and 3 double beds. Sofa Sleeper in living
room. (12ppl max.)
