• Deposit requirements:
• 2-4 nights = $300.00
or total if less
• 5+ nights = $500.00
• Deposits are credited to the last day of your reservation
• No refunds are given for early departure.
Please keep in mind that as a
small resort, cancellations affect us greatly and we must hold firm to
our cancellation policy. In case of cancellation, your deposit. less a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded if we are notified
5 weeks or more before your arrival date.
There is no refund for cancellations within the 5 weeks prior to your
arrival.
