Lakehome

Our Gunflint Lakehome is very special! Built in 1971, it is a cedar log home with a 9.5ft split rock granite fireplace at the heart of it all. Situated on 250 ft of private shoreline it lies directly east of our main resort property. It has a private drive but walking paths quickly connect it to the main property.

The interior is filled with local history and decor. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings and large picture windows overlooking Gunflint Lake. There is a large deck across the front of the cabin, a private waterfront area, a campfire ring, charcoal grill and canoe for use on the waterfront.

Lakehome Features

The Gunflint Lakehome offers a bedroom with Queen bed, a smaller bedroom with a Twin sized day bed, and a loft with a Double and two Twin sized beds. It has a open Kitchen/Living/Dining area, and one full bath. There is a courtesy phone in the cabin, which allows local or incoming calls. Long distance calls are available by use of a calling card. This unit is available for weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday and is a no-smoking facility. We do welcome pets, but ask that you keep an extra eye on them to protect some of the treasures within. Maximum occupancy 7ppl.

Early Spring weeks 2010 May 1, 8, 15, 22	$800 per week

Spring weeks 2010 May 29 June 5, 12, 19	$1100 per week

Summer weeks 2010 June 26, July 3, 10, 17	$1400 per week

Peak Summer 2010 July 24, 31 Aug 7, 14	$1700 per week

Fall weeks 2010 Aug. 21, 28 Sept 4, 11	$1100 per week

Late Fall weeks 2010 Sept. 18, 25 Oct. 2, 9, 12, 23	$800 per week

• Infants 4 & under are complimentary
• All rates are proposed and subject to

change.
• Rates do not include local and state taxes.
• There is a 2 night minimum unless

otherwise noted.
• Pets are welcome at $12/night per pet.
• We accept VS, MC, Discover, & AMEX
• Deposit requirement is

$500 per week booked
• This unit is only available by the week

running from Saturday - Saturday, May

to October.
• Deposits are credited to the last day of

your reservation
• No refunds are given for early departure.

Please keep in mind that as a small resort, cancellations affect us greatly and we must hold firm to our cancellation policy. In case of cancellation, your deposit. less a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded if we are notified 5 weeks or more before your arrival date. There is no refund for cancellations within the 5 weeks prior to your arrival.
